What up Wayne’s mission is to connect and motivate listeners to follow their passion while providing an entertaining comedic twist with guests who are making strides in their selected professions. On a weekly basis, listeners will receive Wayne’s unique perspective from a social work lens on topics ranging but not limited to; Pop culture, current events, politics, career development, social life. Listeners will also be able to hear from up and coming leaders and rising stars in the black millennial community. Learn about how our guests overcame adversity to get where they are and what their plans are for the future.

Join us for Episode 1 with Celine Berthaud as we discuss her transition from Boston to NYC to pursue her passion for commercial dance and fitness. We discuss her feelings of getting signed to BLOC Talent Agency, reflect back to her childhood and how it was growing up in Boston,MA, social stigma about social work, and much more!

Special Guest: Celine is a graduate of George Mason University where she obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts. Shortly after completion of her degree Celine moved to NYC and was signed to BLOC Talent Agency that represents actors, singers, dancers, choreographers, and many more for live stage and theatre performances, industrials, music videos, and print opportunities. Celine is also a fitness trainer for Body by Simone with fitness studios ranging from NYC to LA.

My Brother's Keeper (feat. T. James)

Welcome Home Brother OJ, Nah, Not Really (Feat. Terron Davis)

This week I got a long time friend by the name of Terron Davis kicking it with me. Terron is a recent graduate from Brooklyn College where he obtained an education in Journalism, and african americana studies. He is now utilizing the foundation of skill gathered from his degree to promote community organization through his project called All Love International. Terron also has began a web based talk show called Nah, Not Really, where he has discussions with friends and other creatives on provocative and thought provoking topics.
