Diversity, equity, and inclusion is still a very new approach to the education and business sectors. My approach is grounded on the engagement of all identities. Rooting work in fundamental education, surveying, and affinity work.

Mental health education (The Black Joy experience)

There continue to be multiple boundaries to mental health education for black and brown youth. The kickback has been created to address this deficit in the black and brown community while in a safe space. This 8-10 week program will provide fundamental knowledge around common mental health modalities ranging from; Anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, and toxic masculinity. The program also provides participants to utilized personal experiences to drive conversations and discussions.
